Returns and Exchanges

By placing an order through the Deep-End website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

Want to return or exchange an item? No worries - we've all been there before. You can return all clothing for a refund or exchange.

In the case of an exchange, we can send you a gift card for the total of the exchanged item and plus shipping fee (domestic orders only - we do not cover international exchange shipping at this time) so you can reorder your desired item at no extra cost to you.

  • Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set to prevent the return of damaged or used garments and to ensure the integrity and quality of our products.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please include a copy of your confirmation of purchase email or a note with your name, email, and order number. No need to print out the entire email - just include the section with your printed name and order number so we can locate your order and refund your account.
  • All custom/personalized/Made-to-Order or accessories are final sale.
  • All items purchased during Blowout/Warehouse/Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) sales are final sale.

How can I purchase a return label? Step-by-Step

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at support@deep-end.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 1-3 business days.
  2. Once we process your return, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping label that you can attach to the package and mail it back to us.
  3. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package.
    • Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
    • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
    • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
  4. After that, you’ll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What Would Cause An Item To Not Be Returnable?

  • Items will be refused if returned with:
    • No tag still attached
    • Signs of item being worn, washed, used, or damaged
    • Stains, odors, and/or fur
  • Items that were purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
  • All accessories (hats, patches, phone cases, stickers) and items marked as “final sale” may not be exchanged.
  • Please keep your shipment tracking number. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive cannot be credited.

How Long Does It Take For My Return To Be Processed?

  • Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return.
  • You should see the refund amount credited back into your account 1-3 days after the refund has been initiated.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email once your return has been approved and a refund has been sent!

If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, DHL OR USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
